Norton Road Ingatestone Essex
5 Flats ,Conversion of a former health facility into five modern residential apartments, including a reception area and staff facilities. The project involved the refurbishment, alteration, and extension of the existing building, together with external works to create new parking areas, refuse storage, and secure cycle storage, delivering high quality and flexible living accommodation.
Beddington Sewage Treatment
Construction of a new standalone plant control building at Beddington Sewage Treatment Works as part of Thames Water's £22 million site upgrade programme. The project involved the construction of a structural steel frame with a cold rolled steel roof system and masonry infill walls. Working within a live operational treatment facility, our team carefully coordinated all construction activities alongside ongoing civil engineering works to ensure the project was delivered safely, efficiently, and without disruption to the wider programme.
150 Brompton Road
A high end commercial fit out for the Kerzner Luxury Accommodation Group, located opposite Harrods in London. The project included the installation of premium bespoke joinery, a custom designed kitchen, and a modern meeting area, all finished to an exceptional standard to create a sophisticated and functional workspace.
Green Meadows Park
Our experienced team successfully completed the construction works at Green Meadow Park, a luxury holiday park located just outside Carlisle. The development features high quality holiday homes with private outdoor hot tubs, set within a peaceful countryside setting overlooking the surrounding landscape.
